OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Prior to joining TaiAn Technologies, Mr. Lee has been a long time employee at China Steel Corporation. Mr. Lee received a B.S. degree in industrial engineering from National Cheng Kung University in 1972 and subsequently a master’s degree from National Taiwan University in 1974. During his service at China Steel Corporation, Mr. Lee also attended MIT’s Sloan Fellows Program and received a MBA in 1988. At China Steel Corporation, Mr. Lee has served as the Special Assistant to the President of China Steel Corporation and been responsible for the international investments especially in the raw material field. In the 1980’s, Mr. Lee was one of the founders of Taisil Electronic Materials Corporation, a joint venture between China Steel Corporation and MEMC (U.S.A.). In addition, Mr. Lee has served as the Executive Vice-President and then the President of Taisil Electronic Materials in the years between 1984 and 2004. Taisil is located at Hsin Chu Science Park and its main business is in the manufacturing of 8 inch silicon wafers. In 2004, Mr. Lee has been appointed by China Steel Corporation to serve as the President and CEO of Taian Technologies; Mr. Lee also serves on the board of Taigen Biotechnology and Genmont Biotech Inc.

Prior to joining Taian Technologies, MS. Huang is a manager with Meditech Biotechnology responsible for product development. She is charged with the responsibility of technology assessment and industry analysis.

 
Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. in the area of Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from Medical College of Virginia. Prior joining Taian Technologies, he has interned at U.S. FDA, served as a reviewer for biologics at CDE in Taiwan, and then worked at Cheng Xin Venture Capital Corporation as a investment manager. Dr. Lee’s field of specialty included biotechnology IPR, neuro-regenerative medicine, and regulatory affairs.

Mr. Leu received a B.S. degree in Department of Biology, National Sun Yat-Sun University in 1993 and subsequently a master’s degree in Department of Microbiology and Immunology, National Cheng Kung University in 1996. During his service at National Cheng Kung University, Mr. Leu has served as Research Assistant to the project of gene therapy., hepatitis diagnosis, and vaccine development.

 

Prior to joining TaiAn Technologies, Sophia has been an employee at PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years. Sophia is the Bachelor of Accounting from Fu Jen Catholic University in 1998.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers(1998~2004), Sophia has served as the Assistant Manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services Department and responsible for the Financial statement audit, Filing corporate income tax returns, IPO support , Accounting and regulatory advice. In addition, Sophia also serviced the Japanese clients from 2002 to 2004.

 

Senior student in Economics Department of C.C.U and minor in Japanese Department. Prior to joining TaiAn Technologies, Jefferson has been employee at Taishin International Bank.

Dr Hsieh was awarded doctorate degree from Emory University in Genetics and Molecular Biology. She has been an active member of the venture capital community in Taiwan, and is highly reputable in the area of life science investments. Before joining TaiAn Tech, she was with Cheng-Xin Technology Development Corp.
